What we collect

• What you type into the case review form: name, email, country, the language you want a reply in, and your message.
• Medical records you choose to share with us later, such as imaging files and reports.
• Your passport photo page, which Chinese hospitals need to register you.
• This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to coordinate the review you ask for.
• To share your records with specialists, only after you have agreed.
• We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored in ChinaMedPass’s case-management system on a server operated by Alibaba Cloud in Singapore. We keep your information for as long as we need it to coordinate your care and to keep the records that this requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
